AvaTok Acceptable Use & Content Policy

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

All Users and Creators must use AvaTok lawfully, respectfully, and safely. You agree not to harm other users, misuse the Platform, or interfere with AvaTok’s operations. AvaTok reserves the right to determine what conduct violates this Policy.

2. PROHIBITED CONTENT

The examples below are not exhaustive. AvaTok may prohibit or remove any content that violates applicable laws, platform safety standards, or community guidelines.

2.1 Illegal Activities

Content promoting or facilitating illegal activity is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• Fraud or scams
• Money laundering
• Identity theft
• Hacking or unauthorized access
• Terrorism or extremist activity
• Piracy
• Illegal weapons sales
• Illegal drug distribution
• Human trafficking

2.2 Harassment & Abuse

You may not engage in bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or hostile/abusive behavior.

2.3 Violence & Harm

No content that includes threats of violence, promotion of violent acts, encouragement of self-harm, or dangerous/reckless activities.

2.4 Adult or Sexual Content

AvaTok prohibits nudity, pornographic material, sexual services, explicit sexual content, sexually explicit conversations, fetish content, or adult-oriented livestreams or sessions.

2.5 Child Safety (Zero Tolerance)

AvaTok maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding:

• Sexual content involving minors
• Exploitation of minors
• Grooming behavior
• Any harmful or inappropriate depiction of minors

Violations will result in immediate termination and may be reported to appropriate legal authorities.

2.6 Harmful or Misleading Advice

Users and Creators may not provide medical, legal, or financial advice, offer dangerous instructions, guarantee outcomes, or make deceptive claims. AI Personas are for informational purposes only and must not be used to provide professional advice.

3. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

Users and Creators may not:

• Impersonate another person or organization
• Use someone else’s voice, image, or likeness without consent
• Train AI Personas on content they do not own or have rights to use
• Create fake accounts or use bots
• Attempt to bypass platform fees or payment systems
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or engagement
• Misuse AI Personas to generate harmful or prohibited content

AvaTok reserves the right to limit or disable AI Persona features if misuse or safety risks are detected.

4. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Creators must provide accurate information, deliver services as advertised, behave professionally, respect user privacy, and train AI Personas only on lawful content they own. Failure to comply may result in feature restrictions, payout suspension, or account termination.

5. AI PERSONA GUIDELINES

AI Personas must remain respectful and safe, cannot impersonate individuals without consent, and cannot generate explicit, hateful, violent, or harmful content. AvaTok may modify, restrict, or disable AI Personas that violate these standards.

6. MARKETPLACE RULES

Marketplace listings must be accurate, lawful, not misleading, and clearly described. AvaTok reserves the right to remove listings or restrict sellers who violate this Policy.

7. PLATFORM INTEGRITY & SECURITY

Users may not hack, disrupt the platform, introduce malware, reverse engineer technology, or exploit vulnerabilities. Any attempt to compromise platform integrity may result in immediate suspension or termination.

8. ENFORCEMENT & VIOLATIONS

AvaTok may, in its sole discretion, issue warnings, remove content, restrict features, suspend payouts, or permanently terminate accounts. We may also report illegal activity to authorities and preserve data in connection with investigations.

9. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Users may report suspected violations through in-platform tools or by emailing [email protected]. All reports are reviewed, but submission does not guarantee removal.

10. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

Users and Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws while using AvaTok.
