Plan your first session

1. Agree the session length and conversational boundaries.
2. Let the other person choose what to talk about and listen without rushing to advice.
3. Close gently at the agreed time and ask what felt useful.

Try a short rehearsal before opening bookings. Check what the camera shows, whether your voice is clear, and whether the plan fits the time you are offering.

What equipment do you need?

A phone with a camera, earphones, reliable internet and a private, quiet room. A laptop is optional; nobody else should be listening off-camera.

Start with what you already have. Test the internet connection, charge the device and choose a camera angle that shows the activity clearly. Upgrade only when you know what would improve the experience.

Why would followers come back?

People may return because you remember their preferences and give them a respectful space. Keep professional boundaries and avoid creating pressure or dependence.

Tell people what the next session will offer and invite them to follow your calendar. Share your next available date so they can choose another booking. Make each return visit worth their time.

Find your first audience

Describe your language, availability and listening style. Never share someone’s story as a promotional example without their explicit permission.

Start with a specific invitation: who the session is for, what will happen, the language, duration and date. After hosting, ask for feedback and use it to improve the next session.
