Reschedule flow
How either side can propose a new time, and what happens if it's rejected.
Either party can propose a reschedule from the booking page up to 2 hours before the scheduled start.
Proposing a reschedule
Open the booking. Click Reschedule. Pick a new slot from the creator's availability. The other party gets an email and an in-app notification.
If the other party accepts
The booking moves to the new slot. Calendar invites update. The escrow stays in place; no new payment runs.
If the other party rejects
Current behavior: the booking falls back to cancellation under the creator's cancellation policy. We're aware this is rougher than it needs to be — Q2 2026 introduces a counter-propose flow so reschedules can negotiate rather than fall through.
Time limits
You can reschedule a single booking at most twice. After that the booking is locked and any further change requires cancellation and rebooking.
If the reschedule window has closed
If you're inside the 2-hour-before window and you can't make it, contact the other party directly via the in-app message thread. We honor reschedules agreed between the parties even after the automated window closes if both sides confirm in writing.
