Set your availability
Tell Avatok when you're available to take 1:1 bookings.
Your availability is a weekly recurring schedule plus any one-off blocks. Viewers only see slots that match it; everything else looks unavailable.
Weekly recurring availability
Open Creator dashboard → Calendar. Set blocks per weekday — for example Monday–Friday 14:00–18:00, Saturday 10:00–13:00. All times are in your account timezone (set under Profile settings → Public profile).
Per-offering duration
Each 1:1 session offering has a duration (e.g. 30 min, 60 min, 90 min). The booking calendar splits your availability into slots of that duration; viewers can only pick whole slots.
One-off blocks and time off
Add date-specific blocks for vacations, holidays, or extra hours. These override the weekly schedule for that date only.
Google Calendar two-way sync
Connect your Google Calendar under Profile settings → Integrations. Once connected, Avatok reads your busy windows and won't let viewers book over them, and any Avatok booking is mirrored back to Google as a real event with the meeting link.
Sanity check
After setting availability, open your public profile in an incognito window and try to book a slot. The calendar should show only the slots you intend; if it shows more (or less), look for an unset block or a Google sync clash.
