Join a session
Open the meeting link, allow camera and mic, and join.
Meetings run in your browser — no app install needed. Here's the join flow.
1. Open the link
Click the meeting link from your booking confirmation email or open the booking from My bookings on the dashboard. You can join up to 10 minutes before the start time; the lobby holds you until the creator opens the room.
2. Allow camera and mic
Your browser will ask permission to use your camera and microphone. Click allow. If you blocked it accidentally, look for a small camera icon in the browser's address bar — click it to unblock.
3. Run the device check
The pre-meeting screen shows a live preview and lets you pick which camera, mic, and speakers to use. Test your audio level. Adjust framing.
4. Join the meeting
Click Join. You enter the room. The creator might already be there; if not, you'll wait in the lobby until they let you in.
If you have connection trouble
Most join issues are browser permissions or a firewall blocking WebRTC. Try a different browser (Chrome and Firefox have the highest compatibility). If you're on a corporate network, ask IT about UDP egress on WebRTC ports.
