Trust & safety

Report an issue

How to report abuse, content violations, harassment, or fraud.

If you see something that violates the content policy, we want to know about it. There are three paths.

In a live session

Every paid session has a Report button in the toolbar. It includes the session id and timestamp automatically. Tap it; pick a reason; add any context. The report goes straight to the trust queue.

On a listing or profile

Click the kebab menu on a listing or profile page. Report opens a short form with the listing id pre-filled.

By email

For anything that needs context the in-product reports can't carry — legal threats, DMCA takedowns, off-platform safety issues — email trust@avatok.ai. Include URLs, screenshots, and the specific policy you believe was violated.

Response times

  • Acknowledgement: within 24 hours.
  • Clear policy violations: resolved within 72 hours.
  • Cases that need judgment: 3–5 business days. We tell you when we're done and what we did.
  • Imminent-harm situations: prioritized. Mark the email subject line URGENT.

If we don't take the action you wanted

Reply to the close-out email. A second human reviews appeals; we change decisions when we're wrong.

Still stuck?

Write to support@avatok.ai. We answer every email and we'd rather hear from you than have you give up.
